Chakra Information

A CHAKRA is an energy centre of the body, which can become unbalanced with life's challenges. Gemstones have been used since ancient times for many types of healing and work well with chakras.

Information on the gemstones associated with the chakras is subject to a lot of different opinions and experiences. I have compiled this list for my use based on the works of Judy Hall and many other sources - by no means a complete list! Some gemstones align with more than one chakra, there are different combinations which result in beautiful jewellery which is truly wonderful to wear. Believe me - I wear it!
